The opt-in form inside comments is not working.

The opt-in form inside comments is not working. I have looked at the settings a couple of times and I believe I have it set up right, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Can i know which theme you are using.

Can you please check inside comments feature using Wordpress default theme as well so that you can be 100% sure where does your problem lies. This test will help us to suggest you with right solution.

Sometimes your current theme will not allow optin form appear inside comments and instead it will directly display comment post.

Thank you. I'm using Thesis 1.7, and you are correct, the subscribe form does appear within the comment when I change the blog to the default theme. Seems to be a conflict with Thesis. If you have a solution, I'd love to hear it. Otherwise, I'll see if they do.

Hi Cindy,

I guess while customizing theme error has occur on comment section,
or there might be some settings missing on admin panel under tools -> Discussion or there might be other reason.

i have send you email, please check your email once.

  Also, after buying the plugin I realized it would not work with DIsqus. Since I can't get the Subscribers From Comment to work now, I've enable Disqus until I know if there is a fix for this. Thanks.
