Please respond to issues I logged on ticket # GSJ-610-69892

Hi,

I still have to get any response to the ticket I raised almost a week ago. As such, I am reproducing them here. In summary, my issues/questions questions are:

a. I encounter problems editing the Headline & Body Text in an Opt-In Form Adder. I could not change the text in the headline and body text sections. When I save, the default headline & text of the form remains.

b. I am trying to place the opt-in form to my side bar. However, when I click and drag the MBP Subscriber Magnet widget from the Available Widgets section to the Primary Widget area in sidebar, it does not respond and nothing is moved to the side bar. Meanwhile, several copies of the widget are created on the Available Widgets area.

c. I have added the form to within my posts. However, I would like to know how I can change the size of the form (e.g. I would like to make it smaller).

Appreciate resolution of the above.

PS - I have also registered as an affiliate and am really keen on promoting the product/s. But if I could not use them effectively myself, then I would be hesitant to aggressively promote.
