Just a question if there's a way to have an opt-in form on a specific page? As well create multiple opt-in forms?
Basically I would like to be able to create Contest Pages and have a specific opt-in form related to that contest on that specific page.
1. Is there a code I can post on the page to load the optin form? (so that its not on all pages/posts)
2. Also, is it possible to create multiple optin forms so that I can have multiple Contest Pages with their own optin forms?
Is there a way (or code) to have Opt-In on a Single Page?

We don't have option to add multiple optin form in mbp-optin-form-adder.But you can place the same optin form in a specific pages by using the post tag.
For this simply
- go to Optin Form Placement tab
- Click in the Template/Post Tag
- Then copy the post tag and paste it anywhere you want in the page contentComment -

When I copy and paste the code, only the code, not the form, shows on the selected page.
What next? -

Did you go to the "Optin Form placement" tab and click on the "Template/Post Tag".Then copy the Post Tag and paste it in the html format in the page content where you want it to appear?
You can also repeat the same process for other pages where you want the optin to appear. -
