Have complaints been resolved.

I have seen a few over usage compaints with MAXbanners..have these been resolved? I surely do not want to mess with plugins that are going to cause more problems then they are worth...I have seen a number of complaints on most of your products...which is not a good sign in itself.

    Hi Dsimms ,

    We are confident on our product good performance on client website. We used to test our product frequently when there is a new version of wordpress. Sometimes our clients face problems because of already exist plugins and sometimes with others, for big problem we always help our clients giving one to one support using our esupport system or by community, at the same time we even update our plugins if we find bugs.
