Does this not auto-fill Aweber forms natively?
In other words, do we have to re-create every form we have across all of our sites within MBG and use those instead?
Does this auto fill Aweber's forms natively or is it necessary to re-create all forms in MBP?

SM auto fills Aweber's forms natively.

Can you please explain to me then, why it isn't doing it on my site, your site(s) or any of your raving fan reviewer's sites when coming to them from multiple browsers and different user names?
Where, specifically, is it pulling this information from?
Is it pulling from cookies?
From the browser profiles?
Where does it get the information?
Better yet, why is it not populating.
And, let me see if I have this straight. If what you are saying is accurate, I do NOT have to re-create our forms using SM, it should automatically auto-populate all of our native Aweber forms? -

vincent ,
For not logged in user, the form auto filler grabs the visitor's name/email from the comment they have made. If they have never made the comment then their information won't be filled in.
You might have always commented while you logged in so your information is filled in only when you logged in. If you comment once, while you are not logged in then your information will be automatically filled.
PS: If it is not auto filling then please do check if < ?php wp_footer(); ?> function exist right above < / body> tag on your template page footer.php. -

I just installed SM on a new blog. The auto fill function doesn't work properly. I am using aweber..I followed the manual instructions perfectly. When all forms appear on my site, it auto fills my email address into the NAME: box and the EMAIL: box is empty. I tried deactivating and trying again. Same proble...so I really can not use this plugin untill this problem is solved. i just deactivated it again.

Larry:
Here's what they purposefully left out of the marketing video and have since confirmed to me via email, it does NOT auto-fill ANY form UNLESS the person has previously made a comment on your website. Which, by default in Wordpress, means you would already have their email address anyway from their registration to leave a comment.
This isn't capturing and auto-filling information, it is merely populating information that has already been manually stored.
So, personally, I cannot see any inherent value. I don't need to pay $147 to auto fill an Aweber form with someone's contact information I already have and can freely email at will.
How does that make sense?
Answer: It doesn't -

Thanks for the information. The video clearly misrepresented the plugin...This is not typical of MaxBlogPress..I use some of their other plugins and they are fantastic. Very unfortunate P.R. for them. I am sure refunds will be off the charts because of this. Maybe they can really figure out how to do this...I do know for sure that it is possible.-
