Disabling an ad on a page within a blog
Is there a way to disable the Max Banner Ad plugin from displaying on a certain page?
-
Max-banner-ads don't have the exact option to disable ads in a particular page only. But you can manage it by defining proper zone with the options to show the ads.
If you have less pages you can use the post tag in the pages where you want the ads to appear. -

Hmm, well I want the banner to show up on every blog post, but not every page. In the zones, you can exclude the single page/post which will remove the ads from the pages, but if you keep every other box checked, the ads will only show on the homepage. I have quite a few posts and going back and adding them all manually wouldn't work. Is there anyway to make it so that every post shows the ad but not every page?

Sorry, for now we don't have the option to manage ads for the particular pages.

I just tested the "Exclude Optin Form Adder in this post" checkbox on a page and it still shows up.
It also added Custom Field: sbmg_exclude Value: true.
The footer popup still appears.
Using WordPress 3.0.2.
Any ideas? -

I have test the "Exclude Optin Form Adder in this post" checkbox on a page and the footer popup still shows up on WordPress 3.0.3.
I really need this option to work to disable from individual pages. Please let me know what else I can do.
If there is a script I can write in my page theme, please let me know. -
