Can't set it up with no license!!

Hello,
Since it seems that my issue is not important please refund my payment to amberflores_amberflores@yahoo.com which is my paypal!! I was so excited to use this program, but instead I feel dupped and cheated and I have wasted hours trying to figure out how to get my stupid licence!!! I would love to use the product, but I am super pissed at this point!!!
